It has an ornate metal frame and chain for hanging. The bottom edge is adorned with gold-colored beaded fringe and pink trim. It is designed to be a window hanging or decorative item, not a functional purse. It’s a wonderful condition with no chips or cracks handmade in Denver USA. Still has the original tag.
