A Woman of Valor by Outi Ceramic Candlesticks Pair Handpainted 8 1/2" tall

2 Handpainted Multicolored Candlesticks. Crazing on the bottom but I don't see it anywhere else. There is black discoloration on the top where candles are inserted. I was able to remove some of it but some remains - please see pictures. There is a roughness on one of the bottom edges of one of the candlesticks where the paint has come off. Dimensions: 8 1/2" tall, 3 1/2: square at the bottom, and 2 1/4" diameter at the top.
