40's THE ELF AND THE RABBIT & Other Stories HC Children's Brownie Book, READ

7"x7.25". Darling children’s hardcover book from 1946. With multiple short stories, each with illustrations (see photos for stories included). *NOTE* cover has wear from age, some of the printing has worn off, specifically from the edges. The spine is peeled on either end, however the book is still held together fine. Some pages have little tears on the bottom of the pages. The last page of the book has the most wear with a few rips and a corner missing. Please check photos.
