Chintz Divided Dish Moriyama Mori-Machi 2 Section Tidbit Tray Hand Painted Gold A blanket of tightly-placed, repeating small flowers - called chintz - are transfer-printed onto this antique many-sided, divided porcelain dish. Made in Japan between 1926-1929 by Moriyama Mori-Machi. Gold trim is hand painted onto its eight scalloped and straight edges. Two sections allowed for a variety of tidbits, condiments, and relishes. Green Moriyama Mori-Machi back stamp with MM Made in JAPAN. Beautiful antique condition with very little surface wear to gold trim and floral transfer. There are some tiny surface bumps to touch but nothing affecting the beauty or function of the piece. .
