#2002 Vintage Napco Japan pink ceramic bull and cow salt and pepper shakers.
Approx 3” x 2” No chips or cracks Gold wear No stoppers Napco (National Potteries Company) was an importer and distributor of decorative ceramics, glassware, and giftware, primarily active from the 1930s through the 1970s. They often sourced their products from Japan, particularly during the post-World War II era, and are known for their whimsical and collectible items, including figurines and tableware. Many Napco pieces from this period feature charming designs and vibrant colors, making them popular among collectors of vintage decor. These particular salt and pepper shakers, depicting a bull and cow with a pink glaze and gold trim, are characteristic of mid-century kitsch and decorative ceramics. The floral embellishments add a touch of playful detail, common in items designed for home display and use during the 1950s and 1960s. Such pieces were often sold in gift shops and department stores, serving as both functional kitchenware and decorative accents.
