1994 Metal Oval Picture Frame With Dolphin
Marked 1994 SPI - San Pacific Inc. Approximately 3” tall x 3.5” wide. Holds a 2.25” x 2.75” picture. San Pacific is known for making bronze items so this may be bronze. It is heavy for a little frame. The only condition I see is the felt in the back seems to have been splattered with wax but this doesn’t take away from the frame itself.
