Vintage 1979 / 1980 Lions Club International banner from The Gold Counties in Nevada and California. This is District 4-C5. It has the name of the District Governor "Dave Williams" along with the text "Lionism Is A Feeling Of Pride & Unity". The banner measures approximately 9.5" x 7". No rips or tears to banner noted. The cord that holds the banner on the wall has become separated from the banner. See pictures for further details on condition.
