1966 Weight Watchers Cookbook 1st Edition By Jean Nidetch

Hard cover. 288 pages. Jean Nidetch was the founder of weightwatchers. Book is good condition, with all pages intact. The desk cover has a few small tears, and it is a little bit yellow due to age. Includes a 1984 Raleigh newspaper clipping with some additional recipes.
