1950s Swiss celluloid doll, open/close eyes, includes adjustable metal stand.
7 inches tall by 3 inches wide celluloid doll. Doll is clothed in traditional Swiss dress and cap, clothes are NOT removable. Eyes open when standing, close when laying down. Dress is red felt, cap is black felt, apron is over the shoulder with pink flowers around the edges. Shoes and stocking are painted on. Underwear is white lacy fabric. Medium brown hair in long braids. Box says, "Engadin" on one end which is a region in Switzerland. Original box is torn in 2 places and slightly crushed. Original clear cellophane on box front is mostly missing.
