1950s Paul Kedelv Coquille Flygsfors Art Glass Decorative Centerpiece Bowl

Mid Century circa 1950s art glass decorative bowl designed by Paul Kedelv. A part of his Coquillle range produced for Flygsfors in Sweden. The bowl is signed on the underside "Coquille" and "Flygsfors”. A great example of Scandinavian freeform art glass in blue-ish purple and pink. There are underlying layers of other colors, shown best in 7th photo, taken in sunlight. Some interior light surface scratching in the bowl and on the underside of the base. No chips or cracks. Measurements: 14” long, 8.5” wide and 5” tall. It weighs 8 pounds.
