I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. Abstract OOAK (one of a kind) artist made modernist enamel on copper clip on earrings. Free shipping on this item. Copper enamel is basically copper coated in a layer of glass. Very popular in the 1950s and that is likely when these were made. The color of these look different depending on what they are up against but looks most accurate (by my monitor settings) in the first photo. They are a deep forest green with glass frit in pastel tones. Great gift for the MCM or unique jewelry lover - there won't be another just like them. Ships in a new jewelry gift box, great for gifting or storage. Size: Earring is 1 3/8" w. Condition: Excellent, no chips, fractures or cracks in the enamel. I don't think these have ever been worn.
