I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. Antique Victorian Mary Gregory Childs Cup / Punch Mug Bohemian Blue w Gold Handle Enameled
Fabulous example of a Victorian glass Mary Gregory style cup - possibly a childs cup or part of a punch/pitcher set. Hard to find turquoise blue with amber glass handle featuring a little girl surrounded by flowers with gold trim around the rim. Exceptionally well painted which makes me feel that this is an older one. These are hand painted in enamel paint from the late 1800s - 1940s. This is Bohemian in origin (Czech/Austrian), possibly by Moser.
Size: 3.25" h x 2 3/8" w, not including handle
Condition: Excellent antique condition, some minor wear on the gold trim as you would expect for something this age. There are what looks like micro chips, all on the the inside edge of the glass which I believe is part of the production/cutting process but I wanted to note them. The largest can seen in the photos, imo nothing noticeable.
