This octagonal medallion celebrates the Pulaski County Centennial from 1839 to 1939, featuring Count Pulaski. A unique collectible from Pulaski, Virginia. It is 3" across and is heavy enough at 13.8 ounces to be used as a paperweight. There is quite a bit of wear to the gold finish of the medallion. See pictures for further details on condition.
