14 Inch Hand Painted Vase-Has Callouts

This is a beautiful vase. It is most likely Japanese, but can't be positive. It has an unidentified marker's mark on the bottom There are two small spots on the vase where the paint was scratched. It is 14 inches tall and approximately 6 inches wide.
