No chips or cracks Bohemian glass, originating from the regions of Bohemia and Silesia in the Czech Republic, has a rich history dating back centuries, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship, vibrant colors, and intricate designs. During the mid-20th century, there was a resurgence in decorative glass, particularly with hand-blown and hand-painted pieces featuring gold accents and swirling motifs, which became highly sought after. These sets were often used for serving spirits and were considered decorative as well as functional pieces in many households. This particular set, with its amber hue and elaborate gold scrollwork, is characteristic of the decorative art glass produced in Central Europe during the post-war era.
