115-Vintage Hand Painted Milk Glass Vase - Glows

This vintage glass vase is hand painted a lovely green with a pink rose. Not sure of exact age, but it is quite old. It does glow under UV light. The vase is approximately 6 3/4 inches tall and the top opening is approximately 2 inches in diameter. There are areas where the paint has come off as shown in the pictures.
