No chips or cracks Approx 5 x 5.5” Fenton Art Glass Company was founded in 1905 by brothers Frank and John Fenton in Williamstown, West Virginia. They quickly became known for their innovative glassmaking techniques and wide range of colors and patterns. The "Scroll & Eye" pattern is a classic Fenton design, often found in various colors and forms such as compotes, candy dishes, and pedestal bowls. This particular pattern reflects the mid-century modern aesthetic with its stylized motifs and opalescent finish. Fenton glass is highly collectible, with certain colors and patterns commanding higher prices among enthusiasts. The company ceased traditional glass production in 2011, adding to the desirability of vintage Fenton pieces.
