10.7” Studio Pottery Bowl, Pheasant/Chicken, Southwestern, 1776 Americana Signed

This 10.7" studio pottery bowl features a unique design of a pheasant or chicken, embodying Southwestern style with a vintage appeal. Handmade in 2000, this round serving bowl is crafted from clay with a slipware design, a black underside and edging, and a crimped rim. It is a commemorative piece that has the date of 1776 as part of the design, glossy finish, and an impressed backstamp. There is both a kiln mark (BCPW) and a potter's mark and date, JTP 2000. It is a sizable bowl, with a width of 10.7 inches and a weight of just over three pounds. The serving bowl is in excellent used condition. There are no chips or cracks.
