Isle of Wight Studio Glass was founded in 1973 by Michael Harris, formerly of Mdina Glass, along with his wife Elizabeth and colleague Eric Dobson. Located on the Isle of Wight in England, the studio became internationally renowned for its innovative and vibrant use of color and organic forms.

Their designs frequently drew inspiration from the natural beauty of the surrounding island landscape, incorporating rich earth tones, metallic lustres, and swirling motifs. Pieces produced by the studio often feature distinct surface textures and rich inclusions, making them highly sought after by collectors of post-war and contemporary studio glass.
