Carr China Pitcher from Grafton WV - mark D B50

A Carr China pitcher was produced in Grafton, West Virginia, by the Carr China Company, which operated from 1916 until it closed in 19 States in 1953. Carr China is known for its durable, heavyweight restaurant ware, including many styles of pitchers. It has a simple beige/white color with red and green accent lines at the top. The D B50 mark means it was manufactured in April of 1950, just a few short months before the company closed.
