Vtg.Lefton Porcelain Bowl, 9.5", Hand-Painted Blue Forget-Me-Nots w/Gold, SL4190
This Lefton porcelain bowl is a beautifully hand-painted piece originating from Japan in the mid-20th century. With a softly-scalloped rim, this vintage piece features their delicate blue Forget-Me-Not pattern with gold gilt on the rim. The 9.3" bowl is a charming addition to any collection, showcasing the brand's quality craftsmanship. Whether used as a decorative piece, an underplate for a pitcher, or for serving, this bowl is a lovely choice for those who appreciate handmade, flower-themed pottery from the 1960s. (The original sticker stems from 1953-1971, which is how I am estimating the age of the bowl.) The bowl is in excellent condition. The paint is intact as is the gold gilt on the edge of the rim. There are no chips or cracks.
