Vtg Dept 56 Snow Village Fisherman’s Nook Resort #5460-7 & Catch Of the Day Boat

Items are pre-owned and in very good condition with no cracks or chips. A little of the fishing line on one of the poles is somewhat undone, but can I have fixed it the best I can & is barely noticeable. Smoke free environment. These are very nice, colorful ceramic pieces of the Snow Village that reflect the fishing part of the village including the boat. Fisherman's Nook measures 7' tall x 11.5" wide x 9" depth. Boat measures 5" long x 3" wide x 3" tall. Building has original box, but boat does not.
