Vintage Whiting & Davis Mesh Purse "Beggar's Bag" . 30s to 50s era

Vintage gate-top expandable mesh bag, commonly referred to as a "beggar's bag" or accordion-top purse by Whiting & Davis. In very good condition. Has one spot on top cap not sure if it can be cleaned off or not. see pic. Size 5" at widest point and 5.5" tall. Has no chain but one could be added.
