Vintage Waterford Crystal Tabletop Frame Ballet Icing Clear with white decoration

Beautiful frame with no chips or cracks. Dimensions: 7" X 9: overall holds a photo 4" by 6". Marked Waterford. The "dirty" and irregularities noticed were the photo goes is due to water getting on the temporary paper and dust accumulated on the plastic film that costs the glass that should be removed once a photo is inserted. It weighs almost 3 lbs!
