Vintage Tiffany & Co. French Porcelain Round Lidded Trinket Box Delft Blue
This is a Vintage Tiffany & Co. French Porcelain Round Lidded Trinket Box in the iconic Delft Blue Floral pattern. This shape profile is traditionally called a squat round bonbonniere or a lidded melon-lobed trinket box. The design features classic Dutch-inspired scrolling peonies and leaves painted directly onto the unglazed blank before being sealed under a glossy clear protective topcoat. "Hand Painted in France" underside stamps were produced by elite private ateliers in France during the Mid-197Os to the late 1980s. This piece is in EUC with no chips or cracks and only minor to none surface wear or scratches. Approximately 3” tall x 3.5” wide.
