Vintage Syracuse China Black Lace Fleur-de-lis Oval Platter Restaurant Ware 1923

No cracks or chips. Has some light scratches/ marks/ signs of wear. There is a small rough spot on the rim that seems to be a spot where the glaze wore off. (See 11th picture) The date code on the back is 3-D which dates this platter to 1923. Please see all pictures!
