Vintage SMALL Welders Bracelet / Welding Bracelet (#17) - Handmade

This Welders Bracelet was made by my great grandfather, Alexander McChesney in Pittsburgh, PA in the 1930s-40s. It measures approximately 2" across x 1 1/2". The opening is approximately 1 1/4". And is 1/4" wide. It is NOT flexible. I am not sure what kind of metal this is made from. The only thing I can say about it is that it is NOT magnetic.
