Vintage Porcelain Plate with Hand Painted Bird, Scalloped Wire, Japan, 1960s

This piece is about 9.75" in diameter by about 1.75" deep. The plate in the center is about 6" in diameter. No chips or cracks. There is a manufacturers defect on the back (See last photo) and rust stains are seen from the metal throughout. This item is pre-owned. Thank you for viewing! (TOA-08A)
