Vintage Pink Sapphire & Diamond Gold Jewelry Set – 14K LGL Necklace & 10K Bracelet

Beautiful coordinating vintage pink sapphire and diamond jewelry set dating to the late 1980s–early 1990s. Both pieces came from the same estate and coordinate exceptionally well in gemstone color, design and period styling.

The 18” necklace is solid 14K yellow gold, marked 14K LGL for Leer Gem Ltd., and features five marquise-cut pink corundum gemstones accented with genuine diamonds in an elegant ribbon-and-leaf inspired design.

The coordinating 7” bracelet is solid 10K yellow gold and features five oval pink corundum gemstones with genuine diamond accents. Articulated V-link construction with box clasp and safety latch. The clasp bears U.S. Patent No. 4,697,315, issued in 1987.

The stones have a striking saturated hot pink to raspberry-pink color. They are being described as pink sapphire based on their corundum identification and color; no laboratory origin or variety report accompanies the pieces.

While not an originally matched manufacturer’s set, the pieces came from the same estate and make a beautiful coordinating pair.
