This is a Pfaltzgraff "Summer Breeze" ceramic creamer pitcher, part of a dinnerware pattern introduced in 1998. It features a hand-painted design with a blue, scalloped rim, yellow and green stripes, and blue floral motifs. 4.75”x 6” There is some minor scratches inside the creamer as shown in the pictures
