Vintage pewter or brass Figal handbell of a woman from India and traditional dress

Figural made of pewter or brass very heavy for its size approximately 5 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches in diameter. Weight is 1 pound. This bell depicts an Indian woman wearing traditional dress long flowing skirt V-neck line blouse, scarf draped over her head, jewelry on her arms and wrist and mark can be seen on her forehead. I am not positive. It was made in India as there is no markings on the bell C5.
