Vintage Oval Camexco 800 Silver Italian Cameo Left Facing Brooch or Pendant Signed. About 1" long. Good condition. Has some wear from age. There is a little gap at the top of the bezel setting as shown. Not sure if it was made this way or the shell chipped. Can be used as a brooch or pendant. Camexo is an Italian company.
