This a vintage woman's hat or headband. it is union made in the USA. It has bright orange flowers or roses with an orange veil. It has green leaves and is trimmed in orange velvet. It is in good vintage condition. There is some wear on the leaves and a piece of metal poking out. the veil is in good condition with no rips or tears.
