Vintage Neiman Marcus shallow bowl from before the 2000's. It is very colorful and features multicolored tassels on a black background. It also features gold highlights. Good condition, however there are scratches and scuffs on outer part of bowl. 8" in diameter and about 1 3/4" deep.
