Vintage Miniature Hand-Blown Glass Dog Lampwork Figurine 3” Tall
A whimsical, mid-century style miniature dog sculpture, crafted using the lampwork (hand-blown) technique. Features a clear glass stylized body with an exaggerated, arching neck, white and black applied glass eyes, a black nose, and distinct translucent amber floppy glass ears representing a poodle or hound dog.
Measurements Apx: 3 in tall x 2.25 in length x 1.75 in wide.
Weight: 1.3 oz.
I cannot say this is a Murano piece, no signature r sticker. Pieces of this styling and technique were highly popularized in Italy (Murano) and Germany during the 1950s to 1970s.
