Vintage Mexican Crab Figurine Welded Metal with Original Hecho En Mexico Label 4” L x 3.25” W

Fun, mid-century metal crab figurine. This piece is a wonderful example of vintage Mexican folk art, featuring a stylized, hand-welded metal construction finished with a warm, brass-toned wash patina. Unlike heavy mass-produced factory-cast pieces, this miniature sculpture shows classic artisan detailing along the thin legs and stalk eyes, showcasing its authentic handmade origin.It retains its original, “Hecho en Mexico" label on the flat underside, which is an incredibly rare find for metalware of this age. Perfect for a coastal-themed desk or shelf accent.

Condition: Some wear to the paint on the pincher’s, see last picture . Spot on back from the manufacturing process. The paper label is fully intact and readable.
