Vintage Mantle Vase Colonial Man Floral 14” Tall This piece is very delicate. It has flowers around the top. It has a colonial or Victorian man standing there is no makers mark, but there are numbers on the bottom of the vase. The numbers are 2963 and then a 26. It is a very good use condition. I don’t see any chips or cracks. Please ask any questions you may have.
