Vintage lusterware vase made in Brazil

Made in the 1960s this lusterware vase was made in Brazil and has a number 423 on the bottom. There are no chips or cracks. You might be able to see from the photos. There is some stray glaze. It is not dirt or damage. It is a little over 5 inches high and including the handles it is about 5 inches wide.
