This vase, designed in the shape of a flying fish, is made from amethyst-colored glass labeled Lavender by Fostoria, a popular hue during the mid-20th century. The "swung vase" style, while not strictly applicable here due to the molded form, often implies a dynamic, fluid aesthetic.
