Vintage Imperial Carnival Glass High Relief Lustre Rose Marigold Footed Bowl

Imperial Glass produced it's first glass in 1904. It closed in 1984. Lustre Rose or Open Rose, part of the American Beauty Collection, was first introduced in 1911 or 1912. This is a gorgeous tri footed iridescent carnival glass bowl in Marigold with high relief roses, a sawtooth rim and ornate feet. The bowl is opaque and the feet are translucent. The Imperial Glass catalog called it a salad or fern dish. The measurements are approximately 3 3/4" high with a 7 3/8" diameter.
