Vintage Hand Painted Plate with Roses.
Hand painted plate with roses by Royal Rudolstadt-beyer and Bock, Prussia. from 1905-1931. So it is at least vintage. The plate is 6 inches round. It has yellow roses and a gold rim. Very pretty.
