Adorable, little bird from Hadeland of Norway. It has two flat spots on the bottom so you can position it two ways. It is marked "Hade-land" on the bottom. In nice, vintage condition with tiny flea bites on the cut edge (see picture). Measurements ~ 1.75 x 1.25 x 1.5"
