Vintage Chalkware or ceramic Elf Bank Carnivalware

Estate find Chalkware / Carnivalware bank - These aren't heavy like chalkware usually is but they don't feel like ceramic or plastic either...so these may or may not be chalk, could be just ceramic cute elf w/ polka dot hat probably from the 60s - no guarantees but from the style I'd place it there I have a whole bunch of these - see my other listings Approximate measurements: 6.5 inches tall by about 3.5 wide needs a wipe up, its dusty in the crevices, but no chips, cracks or crazing, has some patina and is a little dusty - will leave it up to you to clean or not
