This is a beautiful 1990s vintage skirt by Allison Taylor. It is just gorgeous! Totally gives off Barbie vibes. :) This beauty is in excellent Gently Used Condition. I have tried to photograph all sides of this dress. The measurements taken flat are: Hips: 20 ” Waist: 17” Waist To Bottom: 25 1/2” Tag is marked size 14. Fabric type and care are pictured.
