From an estate man cave so this is probably from the 1970s or 80s

metal strip hanger to you can easily hang on your wall or other location, or its sturdy enough to just lean on something, this could also be replaced

clock hands are rusty and the second hand is bent. Untested due to that. You may or may not want to replace the clock part - looks one you could pick up anywhere, appears to take a AA battery. You could also hang as is. Its a little dusty, from being in storage but overall in good condition
