Vintage 1970s amber hand blown glass pontil mid century decor.ewer/pitcher swirl art glass applied handle

Beautiful vintage hand-blown art glass ewer/pitcher in a rich honey-amber color. The glass has a wonderful swirling optic pattern throughout the body, a thick applied loop handle, and an organically shaped flared pouring lip. Hand-blown construction is evident in the small bubbles and natural irregularities in the glass, along with the rough pontil scar on the base. These are part of the handmade character and make each piece unique. Approximately 7½" tall. Maker is unknown. A striking piece of vintage art glass that looks gorgeous displayed on its own or incorporated into a Mid-Century, boho, or eclectic collection. Circa 1970s.
