Vintage 1960s Original Signed Oil Painting – Framed Landscape with Mallard Ducks

Beautiful vintage original oil painting from the 1960s featuring a peaceful woodland lake scene with mallard ducks in flight. The painting is housed in its original dark stained wooden frame with decorative carved detailing, giving it a warm rustic, lodge, or cabin aesthetic. The artwork appears to be signed; however, I chose not to remove it from the frame to avoid risking damage, so I cannot verify the signature.

The painting itself is in excellent vintage condition with no noticeable damage. The wooden frame has light age-related scuffing and finish wear on a few corners and edges, as shown in the photos. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.

The back of the frame is stamped in Spanish indicating it was Hecho en Mexico (Made in Mexico). There is also a small handwritten marking on the back (appears to read “4r” or similar). The piece retains its wire hanger and is ready to display.
