Vintage 1933 Chicago World’s Fair “A Century of Progress” Desk Thermometer

Up for sale is a fantastic original 1933 Chicago Century of Progress International Exposition desk thermometer a genuine piece of Art Deco history from the iconic Chicago World’s Fair! Measuring at about 3” tall 3” wide and 2 1/4” deep This beautiful statement is in vintage condition with honest age-appropriate wear. The leatherette case shows cracking and patina typical of 90+ year old pieces, the metal bezel has some wear, and the dial has light aging/discoloration. The thermometer still functions and accurately registers room temperature. No major damage or repairs — a solid survivor that displays beautifully!
