Syroco KING Black SCOTTIE DOG Twin Brush Holder Scottish Terrier VTG 1930's RARE

This is an almost antique, 1930's #SYROCO Wood, KING New York, Black #SCOTTIE DOG / #ScottishTerrier, Twin Clothing Brush Holder / Valet. It was set atop a man's dresser and used to brush lint and such off his clothing. Some people used them near the front door, as a doorstop and the brushes to clean off shoes as one entered the home. It has the original King foil label on the bottom, and the 2, red painted, black bristle brushes are original to the piece. It measures 8.5" by 10.0". It weighs almost 3 lbs. It is harder to find in the black, with original brushes, and with no chips or cracks. It is in great condition and the only thing is one missing eye, that's hard to see because it's black/brown and the dog is black...but it can be replaced!!
