Sweet Little Hand painted Clear Glass Dish Gold Striped Scalloped Edge Star Bottom

I know absolutely nothing about this sweet little dish. I picked it up as part of a pair. Its partner met with an unfortunate, Amy’s a klutz, accident. So I only have the one to offer. This is small, measuring just 4” across and 1 3/4” high at the top of the scallops. There are gold bands around the body, and the area of the bands that has the hand painted flowers, is slightly frosted. The rest is clear. The top scalloped edge also has a band of gold. There is some wear to the gold, but I feel like it’s minimal. I can’t imagine this was intended for eating out of. It’s just so delicate. I’ve taken pictures of each quarter turn and from all angles. No chips or cracks that I could feel. Wont you give this sweetie a home?
